Complaint/Lawsuit

Since the Original posting of the information on the Page Mr. Louie Caissey Chairman of the Board, President and Board Member of the Missouri River and Eagle Canyon Ranches Landowner Corporation has resigned effective April 20, 2022. 

Stating the Following:

To whom it may concern,

I just received this bill/invoice. I don't know what took place for something like this to get this far, but I find it unacceptable. I am under the impression that tempers flew and there was no "adult in
the room" to calm those tempers.

This is not the fault of the community; the blame lies elsewhere.

I refuse to pay this bill/invoice. Thus at this time, I am tendering my resignation from this board.
Within the hour, I will have my name removed from the bank, and the post office box key handed
off to Richard Kollars. I also ask that my name be removed from any paperwork that has to do withthe Landowners Corporation.

On a personal note, after seeing this waste of resources, you will find it extremely difficult to receive any other fees from me.

On April 20, 2022 Mr. Dennis Greany sent this email to Mr. Caissey.

Hi Louie,

This invoice is not from the attorney that represented Mark Pieloch, Richard Kollars and myself.

This invoice is from Mr Belew's attorney. 

Mr Belew filed a claim against the LOC, claiming the LOC is responsible to represent him in the suit that was brought against him by myself, Mark & Richard, since his actions (he claims) were covered as a member of the board.

If you need an explanation as to why the LOC is being charged for this, you need to speak to Mr
Belew. He is the the one that initiated the action.

On April 21, 2022 Mr. Mark Pieloch submitted a Check to the Attorney firm representing the Missouri River and Eagle Canyon Ranches Landowner Corporation notating "Missouri River & Eagle Canyon Ranches LOC".
The Bill/Invoice Mr Caissey is referencing is from the Legal firm of Milodragovich-Dale-Steinbrenner in Missoula Montana
Mr. Greany does not provide any information regarding the claim Mr. Belew made upon the LOC (Landowners Corporation)
